Stereoplay is a German monthly Audiophile magazine, discussing quality of various audio components. Their favorite albums quite often are my favorites as well. It's not as extreme as the english Hi-Fi News & Record Review in their approach to achieving 'the best' Hi-Fi quality.
This review is taken from the 'last minute' section of their album reviews, which explains why the review is so short.
The quality rating is on the european scale 1-10, in which 10 is the best.

The 27-year old Tori Amos from North Carolina is the newest discovery in the female singer-songwriter scene. With a voice that sounds like Kate Bush and Carole King, the daughter of a Methodist minister sings 13 songs [!? the German release contains the usual 12 songs - RvM], whose sober use of instruments and openness of lyrics are very moving - especially the a-capella sung "Me And A Gun" about a rape on the back seat of a cadillac.
