What Language?... No, Dutch

1999, January 1th:
Happy New Year everyone :)
This year will be a bit more quite than last year, but you can expect some fresh translations of last years (and older) articles and the remaining Dutch press releases. I'll scan some of the pre-1998 pictures. And of course I'll keep maintaining the Tori Amos mailinglist form.
November 30th:
- Site design changed. Now better support for Opera, Netscape 2 & 3 and MSIE 3. Easier navigation and faster downloads (reduced page size).
- Added a picture archive containing 33 pictures from recent articles with more to come.
- Last week three new lists were added to the Tori Amos Mailinglist Form.
November 11th:
- Added info and soundfiles for the On Children cd which contains Horses and Beauty Queen, performed by Astrid Seriese and Martijn van Agt.
- Visitors can now add their own Torilinks in my new and improved Links Page
- During the last weeks I did some maintenance on the Tori Amos Mailinglist Form. I placed the listinfo on a separate page and added quite a few lists.

Margreet Vermeulen liet mij weten dat er een artikel over Tori's concert in Den Haag is verschenen in het krantje van Concerto (Platenwinkel in Amsterdam) in het september nummer geloof ik. Er stonden ook twee foto's in. Ben jij in het bezit van dit krantje en wil je een kopie-tje voor mij maken of misschien het artikel intikken en/of foto's scannen? Alvast bedankt voor de moeite :)

august 24th: Three mailinglists were added to the mailinglist form:
- Sara's Tori Amos Quote of the Day
- Toriosity
- Tori-X-Philes.
And I'm now in the Tori Ring :)
august 16th: Added a review of the '96 Dutch Tori concerts which appeared in De Primeur. And an interview which was published in 'De Apeldoornse Courant' somewhere in februari 1996. Both these items were generously provided by Margreet Vermeulen, who spent a lot of time transcribing. Thanks a bunch ;)
- Margreet also send me a review of the ltd. spark single and a review of the 'Live in NY' video (I had already given up trying to find a review for that video). I'll try to upload those tomorrow.
- The listmail script was improved in the meantime. It sends out confirmation mails (since august 9th) and can now handle a larger variety of mailinglists. In fact, there are two new lists added: 'Liquid Diamonds' and the 'Tori and More' mailinglist.
july 28th: Installed my first Search engine, which can assist you in finding articles on this site.
july 23th: Added a review of the Torhout/Werchter festival, which appeared in last week's Humo, to the Torhout/Werchter summary. Included in that summary is also an article from the T/W festival paper, which was transcribed by nes (thanks a lot). Nes runs the Wussy, how brave you are Tori-site, certainly worth a visit
july 22th: Little improvements on various scripts, updated the Mailinglist info. Removed one millenium bug and found more than 1300 other errors in the HTML-sourcecode. Frightening? Not really, mostly tiny bugs that won't upset any browser :)
july 19th: added a Belgian article which appeared in the Telepro Magazine on 1998 may 16. The article was send to me by Dennis Snelders who was so kind to transcribe it for me. Please visit his excellent Tori-website Little Amsterdam for more Dutch/European Tori goodies. Also another FtCGH review.

july 12th: updated the Listmail form and FAQ, installed ListStat (statistics generator), updated/cleaned the ListMail logfiles. Added a summary of what the papers wrote about Tori's performance on the Torhout/Werchter festival and an article:

June 29th: I finally managed to fix/update the counters on all pages. Quite a pleasant surprise to see how many of you visited this place ;)
Some strange problems with Netscape 3.x browsers should be fixed now. If you still experience problems accessing this site, tell me about it.
june 25th: Three more concert reviews. All three were written by Hans Piët who also wrote the concert review in Dagblad Kennemerland. Many thanks to Marcel Rijs for transcribing these reviews

- This page now uses javascript to choose a modern layout for Netscape 4 and IE 4. I didn't have time to modify all pages, they look a bit more old-fashioned (other browsers will always display the old layout)
april 5th: - Total site revision! Now also accessable to Explorer browsers (Netscape and most other browsers were supported from the start). This required many changes to layout and HTML coding. All pages should now be coded in valid HTML 4.0. Further modifications were needed to improve site navigation and readability.
march 27th: - Compliant with W3C HTML 4.0 Transitional
