Background: Started on August 15th 1998 by Faeri. Some people like tori amos. some people make soap. some people do both. Those of us with soaping talents are banding together for Project Underwaterthing! the goal here is to make soaps (and maybe we'll expand it beyond soaps!) with tori amos themes in the scent and presentation. These will them be gathered together in a central location and sold off, either through auction or a flat price. 100% of the profits will go to RAINN, the Rape Abuse Incest National Network.
